While the rooms had very old and bad furniture and were a little small, they felt like heaven, and being on the 7th floor street side didn't cause any issues with traffic noise. The service was a bit tired and not always as friendly as one would expect, but overall, it was very welcoming and accommodating. The location next to Termini central station was a deal-breaker, making it easy to visit all major attractions. As for the dining, it was quite disappointing with no variety in the menu.
